Users have access to Ticket via. Mail

Hey,

i have today installed the JS Support Ticket for Joomla.

I noticed that the normal user have access to the tickets from ticket via. mail.
(Normal users without staff or admin rights)

can you please fix that, this is a security breach for my usage (and another JS Support Ticket users)

Hi,

Admin can disable this function in
Admin > JS Support Ticket > Ticket via email

I now that the plug-in can be disabled. But i need this function, can you fix this "bug" in the next release??
