HI,

Can anyone help me out with the below requirement please?

Is it possible to enable certain user fields in a 'submitted/ created' ticket once someone 'lock' the ticket or once someone change the 'status' of the ticket?

Hi,

Dear dilusha JS Support Ticket is not offer.
On lock ticket user can not reply to ticket and he can not make reply.

Show extra fields on status change is not offered.
