Hi,

I have Joomls 3.x. I have created a rol for my technical staff and I want them just to be able to open new tickets and see their tickets so I have assigned to the rol the necessary rights. Now they are not able to see the downloads or to add a download, however they are still able to see the section and enter inside, and then once they are inside the section they get an access denny.



This makes no sense for me. They shouldn't be able to see the section if they don't have any rights on it. How can I get this working in the right way?
