i need to insert {TRACKINGID} in the page that visitors view after the ticket submission,
Joom Shark support say to me that i need to modify the file:
../components/com_jssupportticket/views/tick/tmpl/visitorsuccessmessage.php to show On the page the TRACKINGID to the visitor who opens a ticket, but i don't know the code to write inside. Can someone help me please?
