I've had this up and running for a month. Now, when I either attempt to access the module on the back end or submit a ticket, I get the error "You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')) < CURDATE() AND isanswered = 1 AND status != 4' at line 1".

This can be closed as I found the error. The number for the option to auto close tickets was removed. Once I put that number back in, it started working.
