just set up Js Support on a Jommla also i can create tickets vía mail but the attachments are not added... tks in advanced

i can't update my component because when i've tried i got the next error:

"An error has occurred.

1062 Duplicate entry '26' for key 'PRIMARY' "

JS Support has been updated to 1.1.0 version but still with the same issue... any recomendations??
