JS Supports Ticket System is getting an error was created by Taylor Ruble
I submitted an issue through the JS Support Ticket system about ini files and I got this error message back on their website?

Fatal error: Class 'jssupportticket' not found in /home/joomskyc/public_html/administrator/components/com_jssupportticket/models/ticketviaemail.php on line 577
