I am hoping this feature is built in somewhere and I am just looking in the wrong place to find it.

Is there the option of exporting detailed reports of multi users? For example, I am expecting to have multiple users from the same company to have accounts and i would like to ability to group those users and print out an overall report based on how many tickets raised, how many tickets closed etc. Is this something that is built in or are you able to build it in?
