When i want to add a staff member i get a message that says "Staff member has not been stored", when i make manually a ticket no problems so i don't think its a permission thing.
I can't figure it out.

And one more thing.
I have inserted the language (nl_NL) ini file in administrator/language/nl-NL but it stays in english. My template language is ofc already in NL.
