I can't go from Free to Pro

I bought a code to go Pro, but when I try to use it on my current Free installation I get this error:

"Your current transactionkey cannot use for this domain. Your do not have left allowed sites."

And when I try to open a Ticket on www.joomsky.com I just can't log in. The "I forgot my pass" tool does not works, even I've tried creating a new account, but even that takes me nowhere.

Any help?

That's another issue.
As I remember I must be jmartins and my email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. but even when I click on "forgot your pass?" or "forgot your username?" I got nothing, just seems like the form just reset himself with no error or success message.

I recived the email with the Pro code after purchase, but I cant use it :(

I'm so sorry, Iv'e realixed that I posted on JS SUPPORT TICKET's forum when I wanted to do it on JS JOBS's one.
