how to make visitors read tickets are registered ?

I would like to give access to the visitor to read open tickets

when I create the public link to access my tickets I am obliged to be registered to read tickets thank you for your help

Hi,

User can not view tickets that he created as a visitor.
Because of system do not know that ticket created as visitor owner, so he do not allow to view ticket by any other user.
It is for security, some user can view other visitor tickets.
