Hello Support,
I have installed the component on a fresh Joomla project with no other components or plugins installed and with only the latest version of Joomla.
I see this screen error once I navigate to the Priorities page or Tickets page.
The error occurs if I click Tickets in the front end or the Admin panel.
An error has occurred.1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your
MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near
'rows,field,fieldtitle,isuserfield,userfieldtype,userfieldparams,depandant_field
' at line 1
How do I fix it?
Please advise.
