The Error (see Attachment) seems to depend on misssing data directory. But where can i see the right configuration?
Do you have a solution to manage Tickets per App from mobile-phone?
User without registration only can open Tickets in Pro-Version? Right?

1.data directory is configurable from
Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configurations > General Settings > Data Directory
make sure the folder permissions are properly configured

2. Currently there is no way to manage tickets from app but JS Supppot
Tikcet is fully responsive so you perfrom all the actions using your
mobile.

3. Yes Visitor Ticket is a PRO version feature.
