As subject, I have a user who is still being sent emails ... I don't know why !
They don't work for us any more, and I need to delete them from JS Support but when I select them in "Staff members" and then Delete the page just refreshes and they're still there ! Same if I click the trash can on the same row.

I can edit their permissions, and even disable them, so maybe that'll stop them getting emails, just can't get them out of the system.

you can not delete a staff member that is in use in system
you can revoke departments and permissions and disable the staff member.

OK ... I assume this is for referential integrity ? E.g. so their name still shows against mails they sent/tickets they answered ?

If that's the case it might be worth the developers removing the "Delete" option for relevant, or when you try to delete, displaying a message to say "This staff member cannot be removed because ...".
