Hello, I'm using  JS Support Ticket for Joomla (free version) and I want to know :
_ How to receive (for user) a confirmation email when he submit a ticket
_ And receive an email when the moderator answer to it 
Thanks so much because I have test them but no email.

I have test it again and all is ok (I don't know why).....thanks you can close this ticket
