Hi guys, I am tryin to attach excel files and even though I add the extensions i keep getting a file mismatch error. 
However , If I delete all the allowed extensions and just try one by one, it works (xls, xlsx, xlsm) .After doing that, I cannot upload pdfs, txt, etc...to the tickets even after adding those file extensions back in the list. What am I missing-?
