We need find way, how to do searching in content of tickets.
Now is possible searching in tickets by ID, creation time, staff etc, but not in content.
I need to be able to possibilities to find all tickets, whiche contains some specific word.
Is some way how to do that?
Maybe some modifications searching fields for example?
