We just purchased the Pro version of Support Ticket and I am trying to configure Ticket Via Email. I put in the correct user information and password and select "Gmail" for our mail service, but it is never able to connect. I read the information in the following thread, but I am not getting any email in my helpdesk email account. Is there anything else I need to do? I would like for our users to be able to email helpdesk@[domain.com] and have it create a ticket. We use Google Workspace.
