Hi,I get a load of errors.  New Linux Mint install with the latest Bitnami Joomla.

I tried the Wordpress version of JS Support Ticket and it doesn't seem to have these problems.  Maybe because the demo (free) download doesn't have the same features.

 MySQLi 5.5.5-10.4.20-MariaDB
