I get the impression that JS support is a very new product. How far away is the finished product and pro version?
I like what I see so far but some parts make it unusable.
e.g The shortcodes do not work.
If I put a shortcode of [jssupportticket_myticket] in a page to show a list of tickets, pressing any of the buttons jumps back to the preconfigured support page.
The URL rewriting the plugin does conflicts badly and prevents me doing my own and the urls it produces are unnecessarily long. Please don't rewrite Urls. You will never please everyone. Leave them with the default wordress ones and webmasters will rewrite them themselves if that is what they want.
