[Translation] Dutch was created by Fabrice
Started work on a dutch translation. Keep in mind this was adjusted to fit my website its needs but its a great start!
Will update as I get further.

I have 1.3 installed but will update the file once i'm a bit further. I'm dutch but my translation ain't perfect by far. Still its better the noting for now.
