On a client's website that I am developing, there are many different pages that are supposed to represent different departments. Other than redirecting the user to the main control panel, it would be nice to be able to show a user's tickets in specific departments on specific pages by way of short code. The same goes for adding tickets. When the user clicks open ticket it automatically fills in the department for them.

I don't quite know how to code that. Can you give me pointers or quote me what it would cost to have that coded in?
