Is it possible to filter the ticket list by department? Or perhaps any custom user field?

This is an essential filter for dept tracking, we are surprised your system does not have this basic filter. please add this as soon as possible.

It is there but they have not implemented it. I asked the same question. There is a field in the database called FieldFor add another form with a separate link one for each Department. Then when you get the field change form from 1 to 2 or whatever number. I cannot give you details at the moment I am going to hack away at the code tonight to see if I can get the system to do what I want.
