Good afternoon I buy the Pro version , but when the staff try to reply a tickets that the usser were charged the fields stay white and i can´t replied .
In the program appears Message field cannot be empty.

I don´t know what is the problem.

What i can do to fix it?

Hi,
I load the update 1.0.7 which is the last but the fields stay empy and i can´t replied the ticket.

Message field cannot be empty

What else i can do to fix it?
