I am attempting to configure Ticket via Email using my own domain email via Google Apps. IMAP is enabled, admin security within Google Apps is set to allow less secure apps, and I have confirmed with my web host that port 993 is open. And yet, despite the correct credentials and settings, JS Support Ticket keeps indicating the connection has timed out. In fact, I have not been able to get it to work with any email address even outside the Google realm.
I cannot make my site live without having this Support Ticket fully functional. Need assistance in resolving this.
