Hello,

I have a problem with the free version of JS Support Ticket in Wordpress.
I try to test the plugin so i 've created a user (as subscriber) in order to create a new ticket and see how it works. When i try to login as this user, after clicking on the support button, it returns me again to the default page asking for login. The message is "you are not login. To access this page please login." If i try to login in Wordpress using the username and password of the "subscriber" user, it works and i have access to the WP Dashboard.
Is it possible the issue depends on the server my website is hosted?

hi there,,, have you ever received a response to the issue that you descibed? is sad to see that almost all entries on this fórum have no response from the programer,,, is sad because someone recommended me this plug in,, but seems like the programmer does not care about the people using it,, not even the ones with the pro versión,,, I hope to be wrong..
