I'm trying for testing purpose the JS Support Ticket WP free version. On backend admin user, all works like a charme.
I've made a page with the shortcodes provides, but when I try to open the page, I see a simple page of wordpress, without any ticket system or control panel, or my ticket info. I've checked the installation, but all it's fine.

I don't understand where I'm wrong. Any help will be appreciated.
