I'm currently trying to update my free version of JS Support Ticket for WP to PRO but everytime, I receive an error (See the screenshot attached to this message).

If you are not able to see what is written, here it is:

Error occured
Directory permissions error "/home/groupeabvw/www//tmp" directory is not writeable
Error file not downloaded
