When creating a knowledge base article and saving it.. I get a message that it stored successfully but am still getting the Ooops Record Not Found error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin (thought it might have been due to my little role addition so decided to start fresh) but that did not change the result. Everything else is working perfectly fine. When I look at the actual database under js_ticket_articles (my assumption as to where this should be storing information as no other area fits) the table is in fact not storing information.
