We have finally upgraded from 1.1.4 Pro to 1.1.7 Pro ! Yay us!

But most of our Adjusters use FRONT END to do adjustments, which is fine. However, the MARK IN PROGRESS on front end loops around and comes up with RECORD NOT FOUND. But it does work within Admin area as it should.

Should I just retrain them to use Back End, with a link straight to TICKETS area or is this fixable?

(Just to be clear, we upgraded 1.1.4 to 1.1.7 and using the same database.)
