I have an issue with my installation...

Whenever a 'user' or 'administrator' clicks on any of the 5 top buttons ('Open', 'Closed', 'Answered', 'Overdue' or 'All Tickets') in the "My Tickets" section I get a "405 - HTTP verbs used to access this page is not allowed" error.

I'm sure this was working and the only thing I've recently been doing with my site is adding Welsh translation text using the excellent WPML plugin.

Does anyone have an idea as to why this kind of error might be thrown?

Any pointers would be gratefully received.

Forgot to mention we are running WordPress v4.7.4 and PHP v5.6.29 on a Windows server with the latest version of JS Support Ticket
