I have setup a Hotmail email address, Config screen says "working", I send a test email to hotmail account. After a few minutes I run in the address bar : pray.strakejesuit.org/js-support-ticket-...ils&jsstpageid=25540 . I get "done". But I don't see any new tickets created.

I wanted to originally use our own email server but the port number kept disappearing after clicking save.
