setting up ticket via email for exchange imap

Hello,
i am trying to setup the ticket via email feature
i have set every thing but when i run a check on my email settings from JS SUpport Ticket Pro > Configuration > Ticket Via email settings page
it says imap is not installed or disabled on your server....

note that my web server hosting my wordpress isntall with js support pro is an internal web server for intranet use

it is in the same subnet as the mail server which is MS Exchange Server 2007 SP1

from that web server ssh console i am able to ping and telnet into ports 143 and 993 of the IMAP on exchange server

same problem here.
setup with office365, imap settings correct, but it says also: imap is not installed on your server...

Ask your hosting company to enable/install imap library.
