Hi,
We've been using this plugin for a number of years and have found it to be great. Recently, we're unsure if its an issue with the plugin since WP has updated, however we are finding the tickets seem to be auto closing after we have replied.
Our users have no WP accounts, so have to complete the form on the site, we then reply and advise them we have received their ticket, yet after a few days these appear to close. We cannot locate an option to disable the feature, if in fact it is a feature.
Could you assist us in this matter?
