Hello,
I created a custom field called location so when a new ticket is created it will be one of the entries that have to entered. But when I go to the front end ticket page it does not show. I verified all the questions were yes when I created the custom field. I need this custom field and possibly a few more added to be filled out. how do add it to the front end?

After about an hour the fields showed up, but the format is off. I attached a pic of what it looks like.

Looks like all the fields are working correctly. I had to delete my cache in IE and it started working correctly.

It is doing it again. I waited for hours and the fields are offcenter just like the picture. it is happening in both IE and Chrome.
