Is it possible for me to create different Downloads and Knowledge Base for user type?

I have 2 types of users and I do not want certain users (clients) to read Knowledge base from another type of user (suppliers).

Or create two different installations of the plugin, being an installation that meets one type of user (clients) and another installation that caters to another type of user (suppliers)

It’s possible?
