Once I enter a NEW Support ticket, it gets submitted, ADMIN can see and respond to the ticket. The problem is at the user level you see the ticket that was created but you can not open it, when you click on the ticket it brings you back to the Support Control Panel but the address bar says this:

No tickets are opened to view or view the response
