Ticket in use cannot be deleted

Ticket in use cannot be deleted was created by Martin

Hi,

we purchased JS Support Ticket for Wordpress, because its pretty simple. While i checked all functionality, i get now the Error "Ticket in use cannot be deleted" when i would delete a ticket.

I test, closing ticket, reopen ticket, write in alle fields something... But nothing helped.

Do you have any idea?

Hi,

If ticket have replies or internal note, it can't be delete.
But admin can enforce delete ticket.

Admin > JS Support Ticket > Tickets > Enforce delete
