In admin_ticketdetail.php most of strings are translated automaticly, but on ticketdetail.php not.

I found some *.po and *.mo - Files... i expand it, but it doesnt work.

I dont understand why is it translated in "admin-ticket-view" but not on page...

I find showCustomFields-function with implemented "_()"-function, but why i can't see the translation in front end?

Can anyone help?

I found a way to solve it...

i installed WPML and add to the print-button-URL a language-code...

Not pretty, but it works fine...
