HI,

I seem to be having a issue with Ticket Via Email - when ever the URL is run it brings in all the tickets again as new requests

Do you have any way this can be fixes.

Thanks Mohsin , but i'm already on the latest version, the update was when i actually started to have this issue

It was a bug. It has been fixed now run the update.
