Hello,
 consider using your tool for my job and enterprise, but when installed, and language downloaded, it is still in english and does not goes in french (see screenshot). My site is multilingual with Polylang. Thnak you for your help.

HI,
JS Support Ticket working with Wordpress language.
Please change Wordpress language into french. JS Support Ticket language will be changed into french.

Thank you, but Wordpress is of course already in french, as you can check in the joined screenshot (french flag)
