Hello,

I wanted to set Due Date as visible for everyone, but when I do this, it isn't visible in the Add Ticket Page.

Hi,
Due date is not a front end field, meaning it can not be shown to front end users on form.

When I as an Admin want to create a Ticket, I see "Due Date" in the Form. Maybe I can achieve this by setting up specific roles?

We use JS Support Pro as an IT Helpdesk Tool in our company with about 25 employees. I dont waant to give them all admin permissions, but we need to let them define a due date.

Thanks again for the really fast help! :)

Hi,
If all the users are employees then you make them staff members, that way
they will have all the fields on the front end form just like admin
form. You can use roles or ACL to manage permissions of different staff
members. If a staff member is allowed to create ticket then he will get
the full form.

Really cool, works great! Thanks really much! Is it possible to connect the js-support-roles to the wordpress-roles for new users? So if a User registers, he automatically got role xy. I saw this in the preferences, but I can only select WordPress Roles for new users.

Thanks again for the really great help, i appreciate that really much.

Cheers

Hi,
No it is not possible to connect the JS-Support-roles to the Wordpress-roles for new users.
JS-Support-roles and Wordpress-roles are two different roles.
