Assigning Tickets to multiple Staff Members

Hello,

is it possible to assign a Ticket to multiple Staff Members? If not, how can I implement this, or at least, set multiple Mail-Adresses that get the Notification of the Mail?

Hi,
All the staff members having permission of "New Ticket Notification" and these staff members belong to ticket's department get email.

May I can add a field where I can add Mail-Adresses that be on CC with the notification Mail?

Hi,
JS Support Ticket does not support Mail-Address in CC.
