Hi,

When using the shortcode [jssupportticket] for the main page I get the control panel links for New Ticket, My Tickets, Ticket Status, Announcements, Downloads, FAQs and Knowledgebase. However I do not want the premium addons links such as Announcements, FAQs etc and also the links do not work either so they are redundant.

When I go into config and user menu setting it will not allow me to remove the  Announcements, Downloads, FAQs and Knowledgebase links/buttons from the control panel links as they do not appear.
