I think this would be nice. If I understand right, when a resume or job is applied for it would email someone. That would be a great feature. Otherwise you have to sort and search for new ones. Right?

I figured you can still go in the admin area and look. Having the option to email you for all or certain applied to jobs would stop you from having to look all the time I would think.

In my opinion, this is crucial. Otherwise, employers have to come back and check the admin regularly, which makes it inefficient for them. An short system generated email that goes directly to them employer notifying them of a new application would work. Then they would know to go check the admin/control panel to view new applicants.
